Effective Arbitration Clauses - A KFCRI Webinar Series 21.04.2020
On 21st April 2020, Kovise Foundation Conflict Resolution International (KFCRI) under the guidance of the Project Advisor, Mr. Inbavijayan Veeraraghavan FICA, PAP-KFCRI, FCIArb (UK), successfully conducted a Webinar on the Topic. & Effective Arbitration Clauses. The Panelist leading the webinar was Mr. Francis Xavier, PBM, C.ARB. He is a Senior Counsel at the Supreme Court of Singapore, The President of the Inter-Pacific Bar Association and the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (UK), and an Advisory Board Member of KFCRI as well. The session was moderated by Mr.Sharukumar, a Managing Committee member of KFCRI. During the webinar session, the panelist explained the various nuances of an Arbitration clause and shared his views on how an effective arbitration clause should be drafted.
