Venkatesan Ramakrishnan is an Advocate , Arbitrator, Negotiator & Mediator and practicing lawyer in Madras High Court, and has corporate experience of more than 15 years in the Real Estate / Information Technology / Telecom / Finance / BFSI / MSME/Stock Market industries.

Venkatesan is a highly motivated Arbitrator, Negotiator & Mediator who is known to use his unique skill to persuade the client reach the amicable settlement in a short time, stickler to the time management and allocates his time continuously to complete the references assigned to him.

Venkatesan has arbitration experience in ad hoc commercial arbitrations and has acted as Counsel in several cases involving contractual, commercial, infrastructure, property disputes. Venkatesan is also an active mediation counsel and has advised parties in complex contract disputes in mediation.

Venkatesan is also a Fellow of Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (CIArb), UK; an Accredited Arbitrator, Mediator, Negotiator and Ombudsman with The Mediation and Conciliation Network ( MCN ) and Official State Legal Advisor for World NRI Council in Tamilnadu.

Venkatesan has been a Tutor at CIArb India and a speaker at Conferences and Sessions organized by the various institutions in India and private workshops. Venkatesan is also a speaker & trainer on International Arbitration Law.
