KFCRI conducted the “5th Associate at Arbitration Practice” course on 14.03.2020.

 

KFCRI under the aegis of Kovise Foundation conducted a one-day training programme on the basic principles of the particular ADR mechanism. This shall be the mandatory training course for accrediting associates at arbitration practice. It was a one-day training course conducted on 14.03.2020 at the SICCI centre for ADR. KFCRI trained the prospective undergraduate students, lawyers, practitioners and professionals from various sectors with the basic principles underlying ADR mechanism and accredited them as associates at arbitration practice in KFCRI. This project enhanced immensely the outlook of ADR mechanism.

The resource persons of KFCRI trained the prospective undergraduate students, lawyers, practitioners and professionals from various sectors with the basic principles underlying ADR mechanism. The trainers for the event were

After the completion of the five sessions, an examination was conducted to assess the participants’ eligibility for accreditation. At the end of the training session, allthe participants were awarded with certificate of participation. The answer sheets will be scrutinized by the KFCRI committee and prospective participants will be awarded with the certificate of accreditation. The accredited participants will be enrolled as associate members of KFCRI from the following month. The events happened as it was planned already.
