KFCRI conducted the “4th Associate at Arbitration Practice course” on 14.12.2019.

 

KFCRI under the aegis of Kovise Foundation conducted a one-day training programme on the basic principles of the particular ADR mechanism. This shall be the mandatory training course for accrediting associates at arbitration practice. It was a one-day training course conducted on 14.12.2019 at the SICCI centre for ADR. KFCRI trained the prospective undergraduate students, lawyers, practitioners and professionals from various sectors with the basic principles underlying ADR mechanism and accredited them as associates at arbitration practice in KFCRI. This project enhanced immensely the outlook of ADR mechanism. The event saw the presence of 13 participants from diversified fields. The training for the participants was conducted on five sessions:

Mr. Inbavijayan Veeraraghavan an International Arbitrator and advisor of KFCRI trained the prospective undergraduate students, lawyers, practitioners and professionals from various sectors with the basic principles underlying ADR mechanism. Mr. Shanmuga Dev and Mr. Sharukumar.S.I delivered special lectures to the participants. After the completion of the five sessions, an examination was conducted to assess the participants’ eligibility for accreditation. At the end of the training session, all the participants were awarded with certificate of participation. The accredited participants will be enrolled as associate members of KFCRI from the following month.
