KFCRI organised a Brief Session on “Guidance for ACCREDITATION as a tool in ADR Practice for In-house Counsels” on 19.06.2019

 

KFCRI under the aegis of Kovise Foundation conducted a brief session on Guidance for Accreditation as a tool in Arbitration Practice for In-house counsels. This project aims at creating awareness about significance of Accreditation for In-house counsels. The event was held on 19.06.2019 at SICCI centre for ADR between 11.00 am – 12.00 pm. KFCRI through this brief session, addressed the prospective In-house counsels employed in various corporate and other sectors about the basic principles of ADR and available opportunities in diversified fields of ADR. The event saw the presence of ten participants who were all In-house counsels. The session was conducted on the following themes:

  • Resolution
  • Contributors – Dispute Resolvers
  • ADR Accreditations
  • Accreditation Facilitators
  • Choice / Guide

Mr. InbavijayanVeeraraghavan an International Arbitrator and Project Advisor of KFCRI addressed the participants.
