Deepak Narayanan is a Partner at BDN Chambers, headquartered at Chennai. He is a qualified lawyer from India having enrolled in the Bar Council of Tamil Nadu. He completed his LLB from Tamil Nadu Dr. Ambedkar Law University and also has an LLM in Commercial laws from Queen Mary University of London (UK). He is also member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (MCIArb) and has been appointed in Core Committee of CIArb YMG (India).

He has extensive practice in the field of litigation and arbitration and has facilitated many eminent clients in both contentious and non-contentious matters. He regularly appears at the High Court of Madras, District Courts and several Tribunals including Debt Recovery Tribunals, National Company Law Tribunal and National Green Tribunal. His practice areas primarily include Civil litigation, Domestic and International Arbitration, Commercial & Corporate laws, International Trade and Investment Law, Insolvency and Bankruptcy law, Property laws, Banking/Finance, Tax laws, Intellectual Property Law and Technology law. He is also a Panel Advocate for Bank of India and Life Insurance Corporation.

Apart from contentious matters, Deepak’s work also includes property due-diligence, facilitating property transactions, corporate advisory, data privacy and drafting and vetting of commercial contracts.
