SharukumaR.S.I Sharukumar.S.I from School of Excellence in Law is presently in the 4th year of his Law degree. He is passionate to become a Solicitor and an ADR professional.
He is currently practicing as a part time Tribunal Secretary in a few Arbitration cases and also as a Mediator and a Dispute Resolution Advisor (DRA). He is an accredited associate member of KFCRI and student member of many International Institutions including CIArb.
Sharukumar.S.I is the Vice-chairperson and Treasurer of the NILS, Tamilnadu Chapter, an organisation that hooks up law students internationally. He has written numerous articles and research papers on various contemporary issues in the legal scenario. He has participated in a few national level moot court competitions and interned under many Advocates from the Madras High Court. Criminology, Taxation and Labour disputes, Commercial law and Civil litigation sum up his line of interest.
He is an explorer and always tries to isolate from the Cliché practice of doing anything. Being an intellectual thinker, he always finds the facile way to fix any complication. His peculiar ability is to advise clients on the legal responsibilities and practices. He has excellent communication, analytical and decision-making skills. His thirst for legal knowledge and advocacy inspires the folks associated with him.
Coming from one of the rural villages of the southernmost tip of India, one of his keen aspiration is to deliver the notion of ADR to the grass-root level population. He intends to transmit legal awareness and proficiency to the maximum of his ability.
