Founder, Kovise Foundation Conflict Resolution International (KFCRI)
When I founded KOVISE Foundation Conflict Resolution International (KFCRI) in 2016, it was with a vision rooted in both simplicity and strength — to create a platform where dialogue could replace discord, and where peaceful resolution could be made accessible to all, regardless of background or sector.
Coming from a background in horticulture, I have always believed in nurturing growth — not just in nature, but in people, institutions, and ideas. KFCRI was born from this belief: that Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) could be a transformative force, not only in legal systems but in society at large. Our aim has been to democratize dispute resolution, making it inclusive, interdisciplinary, and deeply human.
Over the years, KFCRI has grown into a vibrant institution that empowers professionals, educates communities, and builds bridges between sectors. We have worked tirelessly to integrate ADR into areas like agriculture, finance, education, and governance — sectors where conflict resolution is often overlooked but deeply needed.
Our goal is not just to resolve disputes, but to build a culture of resolution — one that values listening, fairness, and collaboration. We envision a future where ADR is not an alternative, but a first choice — a trusted, effective, and compassionate way to address conflict.
KFCRI is more than an institution; it is a movement. And I am humbled to see it grow, evolve, and inspire.
Warm regards,
Surya Narmada

Global Advisor, Kovise Foundation Conflict Resolution International (KFCRI)
It is a privilege to serve as the Global Advisor to KFCRI — an institution that has not only embraced the principles of Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) but has actively shaped its future.
With over two decades of exclusive arbitration experience, I have had the opportunity to engage with diverse legal systems, industries, and cultures. What sets KFCRI apart is its visionary approach — combining academic rigor, practical training, and a strong ethical foundation to build a truly global ADR ecosystem.
KFCRI’s commitment to capacity building is evident in its structured training programs, its emphasis on tribunal secretaries, and its dedication to empanelling young and women arbitrators. These are not just initiatives — they are strategic investments in the future of dispute resolution.
Our aim is to create a robust, responsive, and inclusive ADR framework that meets the evolving needs of modern economies. Whether it is through research, education, or institutional partnerships, KFCRI is constantly working to elevate the standards of arbitration and mediation in India and beyond.
As we continue to expand our reach and deepen our impact, I am confident that KFCRI will remain a beacon of excellence in the global ADR community — a place where innovation meets integrity, and where every dispute is seen as an opportunity for resolution and growth.
Sincerely,
V. Inbavijayan
