V. Inbavijayan is an International Arbitrator, Mediator, and ADR Specialist with nearly three decades of practice, having acted in over 450 domestic and 19 international arbitrations across sectors including trade, maritime, construction, finance, IPR, and investment disputes. A Fellow of multiple arbitral institutions worldwide, he is Managing Partner of KoVe Global LLP, Registered Foreign Lawyer with the Singapore International Commercial Court, the UK Solicitors Regulatory Authority, and the Astana International Financial Centre, Kazakhstan.

He serves as Regional Pathway Leader, Course Director, and Tutor at CIArb UK, CoChairperson of the CIArb South India Chapter, and Governing Council Member of the Indian Council of Arbitration. Inbavijayan is also the Global Advisor and Managing Committee Member of Kovise Foundation Conflict Resolution International (KFCRI), Founder of the Global South ADR Alliance, and has held leadership roles with SICCI and AIADR.
