Suvethan G.S. is an Arbitration and Mediation practitioner who has taken on roles as Tribunal Secretary, Mediator, Counsel, and Arbitrator. Beginning his practice while still a law student at the School of Excellence in Law, Tamil Nadu Dr. Ambedkar Law University, he has since contributed to the development of several ADR institutions including KFCRI, SICCI Centre for ADR, IITArb, and CIArb, assisting with rule-making, training, and client engagement.

His academic excellence is reflected in national and international moot court achievements and published research on ADR in sector-specific contexts such as Construction and Intellectual Property. Accredited with institutions including AIADR, CIArb, AAA, ICDR, and ACICA, he is also empaneled as an International Mediator with ADR ODR International, UK.

Suvethan is the founder of JUS MOMENTUM, a training initiative promoting amicable dispute resolution methods, and is recognized for his commitment, attention to detail, and leadership in advancing ADR practice.
