Sharukumar S.I. is a law graduate from the School of Excellence in Law, Tamil Nadu Dr. Ambedkar Law University, Chennai (Class of 2021). He is currently a Legal Associate at K. Elangovan Associates, where he practices across litigation and alternative dispute resolution (ADR).

Earlier in his career, he served as a Tribunal Secretary in arbitration proceedings, gaining valuable exposure to dispute resolution processes. An accredited associate member of KFCRI and student member of several international arbitration institutions including CIArb, he has also worked as a Mediator and Dispute Resolution Advisor. Sharukumar has been the Vice-Chairperson and Treasurer of the NILS Tamil Nadu Chapter, connecting law students globally, and has authored articles and research papers on contemporary legal issues.

His interests span Criminology, Taxation, Labour Disputes, Commercial Law, and Civil Litigation. Passionate about promoting ADR and legal awareness at the grassroots level, he is committed to advancing access to justice and dispute resolution in diverse communities.
